How can I place a link to my website on furnitureplans.com?

It’s easy. Just click on this Contact Us -> Submit a Link page and follow the instructions. We’ll be happy to place your link on our site.

Can I modify the size of the item in the plan I purchased?

Yes you may, a lot of times a customer will need to make slight modifications in a plan to make it fit a particular application (like a TV may not exactly fit our entertainment center). It is perfectly acceptable to do so on your own. Please note though that you re responsible for the modifications and accuracy of your measurements, we simply do not have the people or time to do this for you, but we have no problem in you doing it yourself

I am unable to view a page in your plan, or it is not printing correctly

If your having problems viewing your plan you need to make sure you are using a current version of Adobe Acrobat; to download the current version of Adobe acrobat, you can use the link below.

Or, your file could have possibly been corrupted during the download process, to re-download your plans.

All you have to do is log back into your account, just click on the tab Shop -> My Account located in the menu at the top of our home page, enter the email address and password you supplied with your purchase, (you had to establish an account to purchase from us). Remember that passwords are case sensitive so you need to re-enter it exactly as your original entry. You can then download your plans as many times as you need to now or in the future.

I did not receive my plan, how can I get it?

What if I can’t find the plan I want on your site?

The only plans we carry are the ones shown on are site under each category. A few other good sources of reference are www.abetterplan.com or www.freewoodworkingplan.com featuring over 3,800 plans available. I hope this is if some help to you, if not, don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions.

Where can I find the hardware items for your plans?

A few good sources of reference for our cabinet hardware are www.hartvilletool.com and www.rockler.com , one of these companies will have what you need.

Can I sell the products that I make from your plans?

Any interest in selling the finished products created with our plans must be approved by Plan Guys LLC in writing. Feel free to contact us for more details.

What you cannot do is print multiple copies of our plans for re-distribution or resale. US copyright laws protect our plans and our only business is in designing and selling plans, be aware that we do protect our rights.

As a customer of FurniturePlans.com you have the right to print only one copy of our plans for yourself, please do not make copies for friends or others, help keep the unique plans we have by supporting us in this.

What do I do if I need a refund on a plan or I ordered a wrong plan?

Please be aware that are plans are electronic media and are non-returnable because of the nature of the product. If you did make a mistake in ordering please contact us at info@furnitureplans.com , let us know the situation and we will rectify it as soon as possible.
